An acceptance letter verifying enrollment in the music program from the college as a music student starting in the fall of 2017\n5. A personal bio with attached picture\n6. 30 minutes recital program for the Spring Luncheon \nThe Board will make the final decision to who will receive the scholarship(s) for the year. \n                          Spring Scholarship Luncheon Once signed up\, you will be responsible for the $10 payment regardless of attendance.
