Scholarship Requirements to Apply
Scholarship Application Deadline: April 15, 2017
The teachers of the MTACSACB will be awarding $1000 in scholarship money to continuing music students this year at the May Scholarship luncheon on May 12, 2017 at the Castro Valley Center for the Arts. To apply please send the following information to Jesse Micek jessemicek@yahoo.com
1. Student name
2. MTAC teacher recommending the student
3. Performing instrument
4. An acceptance letter verifying enrollment in the music program from the college as a music student starting in the fall of 2017
5. A personal bio with attached picture
6. 30 minutes recital program for the Spring Luncheon
The Board will make the final decision to who will receive the scholarship(s) for the year.
