Guidelines for Recital Programs

• The total time per studio is 20 minutes. Remember, this is not a personal program for one teacher, If there is more time, then, more students can enter, by order of priority. Studios who can enter more may be scheduled in adjacent recital. The decisions of the program director are final.
• Please fill out the entry form completely:

• • Keys, Opus #, BWV, Hob., K., L. #. If any-title of movements, collection name-exact length of time of performance. do not round up.
  • Put the level of difficulty of the music according of the MTAC syllabus, not the level of the student’s CM ability.

• All students should stay for the whole recital in which they perform.
• Students should dress appropriately. No tennis shoes, flip flops, t-shirts, or jeans.
• Board decided to WAIVE the recital fee.

Performance Guidelines

• Limit one movement of a major sonata or concerto.
• Limit up to 2 movements of a suite, but 5 minutes total.
• For 2 performers who also have a duet, 10 minutes total for all their performances.
• All Music must be memorized, duets optional.
